Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one bk991 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or promotional credits linked to duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account Inactivity

A bk991 account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bk991 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes, whichever comes first. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees begin to be applied.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bk991 account balance in real time — typically within 60 seconds of completing the transfer in your mobile wallet application. Withdrawal Processing

Player Funds

bk991 holds player funds separately from its own operational funds. Your deposited balance represents a liability owed to you and is not used for bk991's operating expenses. bk991 does not store payment card credentials or mobile wallet PINs on its servers.

Welcome Bonus

New bk991 players are eligible for a 100% match welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit of ৳500 or more. Wagering Requirements

Promotion Changes

bk991 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable advance notice. Completed wagering on a promotion is not affected by subsequent changes to that promotion's terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Limitations

Maximum bet limits are displayed in each game or betting market. bk991 may decline or restrict bets from players whose betting patterns suggest professional advantage play or abuse of the platform.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets and game rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to players. bk991 is not liable for any loss of winnings or opportunities arising from a technical malfunction. If a malfunction affects a live casino game or a sportsbook market, the decision of the relevant game provider or sports governing body will be final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk991 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your bk991 account at any time by contacting bk991 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from your balance upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Suspension and Closure by bk991

bk991 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where bk991 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) continued access by the player poses a risk to bk991, other players, or the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the player once bk991 is satisfied that no fraud has taken place.

Dormant Account Closure

bk991 may close dormant accounts — those inactive for more than 24 consecutive months — after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Any balance remaining in a dormant account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method where technically possible.
